Refund and Return Policy

At KATYPERRYWORLD, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below are the terms governing order cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges. Please review them carefully.

Order Cancellation/Modification

We aim to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify an order:

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel or modify your order, please contact us promptly at service@katyperryworld.shop.
  • A 6.9% + $1 deduction applies to cancellations to cover payment gateway and processing fees.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Refunds are available in the following situations:

  1. Non-Delivery:

    • If you do not receive your order within the guaranteed timeframe of 45 business days (excluding the 2-5 day processing time).
  2. Incorrect or Damaged Items:

    • If you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged, you may request a refund or exchange.
    • Please provide relevant proof, including unpacking photos, videos, your order number, and your name.
  3. Return of Undamaged Items:

    • If you wish to return an item due to a change in purchasing decision, please refer to our return policy below.
    • Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will not be provided for the following cases:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays or natural disasters).
  • Orders for electronic items and certain product categories (e.g., shoes, hoodies, T-shirts) where the wrong size was selected despite the size chart provided.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@katyperryworld.shop within the specified timeframe.

Return Requirements:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase or 14 days after delivery.
  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original parts and packaging intact.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Process:

  1. Send a return request to service@katyperryworld.shop, including your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide the return address.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  4. Please note, it may take 1-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy

Situations Eligible for Exchanges:

  • If the shipping carrier misdelivers your order (e.g., delivered to the wrong address), we will reship the item at no extra cost.

Situations Ineligible for Exchanges:

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Conditions Not Eligible for Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

  • Pre-order or custom-made items, unless defective.
  • Orders in transit or beyond the return period.
  • Returns initiated without prior notification or approval.
  • Items held by customs or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Failures

In cases of delivery failure, we will promptly contact you via email upon receiving a notification from the carrier. Please ensure the contact details provided at checkout are accurate to avoid such issues.
